During 16 years of its activity, has utilized all its facilities and totally studied, revised and found the location for more than 100000 residential units of which 60000 units have reached the stage of contract conclusion and design and consequently executive operations of 37204 residential units in the framework of 240 residential projects and 33 commercial administrative projects totally including 273 projects have started in more than 35 cities and 26 provinces and so far 30774 residential units and 20 commercial administrative projects have reached the stage of transfer and utilization.

In March 2006, the company has been executing 46 residential and commercial administrative projects including 6430 residential units and 3000 residential units in the framework of 15 projects are ready for starting executive operations and 6000 residential units are in study and design stage.
