Housing Investment Company was established in spring 1990 due to the policies of the valued government of Islamic Republic of Iran, and in order to develop housing m.-construction activities. Opening 19 branches and representative offices in provincial capitals and major cities, the company started the feasibility studies of numerous projects. Although, the company"s main focus is construction of housing units, it is also active in some other fields like preparing the land for construction of business complexes, head quarters of MASKAN Bank, training centers, spore complexes, hotels, express ways, water pipelines, and renovation of weathered civil areas.

Considering the quality of the product and continuous enhancement are the major priorities of the company. In order to guarantee the quality and documenting the quality, the company finally managed to obtain ISO-9001 certificate issued by Moody International Certification Company of England in 2003 under the number 14269.

One of the major goals of Housing Investment Company as the country"s biggest mass-constructor is the use of modem constructional technologies in our great country, Iran, in order to speed up the construction and cut the construction costs and meanwhile to enhance the quality.
